Business writing; Change management; Stakeholder management;


Communication planning and delivery;Program management; Risk management; Business case management; Financial management;Quality management;


Leadership;Relationship Management;Pre –Sales; Retail experience; Background in leading the implementation and deployment of ERP solutions;


Oracle Retail knowledge is desirable;


We require fluent English (spoken and written), preferably with knowledge of one other language (Spanish);


Team management and good communication and leadership skills;


Advanced IT skills and a Master on Business Administration are an added advantage


Willingness to travel anywhere; Large program management experience leading diverse teams;


Global knowledge of technologies, applications and market tendencies in these areas (technology, systems, and applications) focused on retail;


Deep functional understanding of general merchandise and/or grocery industry, including trends and best practices.
